We offer a refund, exchange & credit notes for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price only within 14 days of purchase. The amount of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift box and/or pouch is missing.

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items such as earrings and crystal tops. Please choose carefully.

We don't offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (exclusive of our sign-up code).

You must request a return ID number within 14 days of receipt of your order at info@julescollins.com.au. You will need the original invoice and a returns form in the parcel.
